We have always followed a safe and clean environment for our clients as recommended by the State Medical Board of Ohio and the American Massage Therapy Association. Below are the protocols we will implement to keep both clients and therapists safe, and healthy. Some are new, but most are the same we have always used.
For Clients:
If you have an upcoming appointment and are not feeling well, please call and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
We cannot accommodate couples massage at this time.
We can not accommodate walk in clients..
We have always followed a safe and clean environment for our clients as recommended by the State Medical Board of Ohio and the American Massage Therapy Association. Below are the protocols we will implement to keep both clients and therapists safe, and healthy. Some are new, but most are the same we have always used.
- Clients will use hand sanitizer upon entering the office, and leaving the treatment room.
- The therapist will wear a mask during the session. A mask is optional for client.
- After every session, linens are removed and replaced. This includes all sheets, towels, and the cover for the head rest. Clean linens are stored in closed cabinetry. The massage table, headrest and stool are thoroughly wiped down with a disinfectant between each client.
- Lotion bottles, essential oil bottles are wiped down with a disinfectant or sanitizing cloth.
- Objects that are frequently handled, such as phones, keyboards, door handles, massage stools and tables, counter tops, and cabinets are regularly cleaned with a disinfectant or sanitizing cloth.
- Bathroom, including toilet, sink and handles, will be cleaned several times during the day.
- Air filters are changed regularly according to manufacturer’s directions.
- All therapists wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after touching clients, after touching money, before touching clean linens, and after visiting the bathroom.
- Therapist will not be working if exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness, including acute respiratory illness,headaches.or fever.
